Application Form
The
admission forms for the University of Gujrat can be obtained from:

Bank of the Punjab, Circular Road Branch, Gujrat

Bank of the Punjab, Nishan-e-Haider Katchery Chowk Branch, Gujrat

UOG
website (www.uog.edu.pk)
and can be submitted to any one of the following offices: UOG (Hafiz
Hayat
Campus), Jalalpur Jattan Road, Gujrat; or UOG (Camp Office), Fawara
Chowk, Gujrat
A
separate admission form will have to be submitted for each subject.

Please
make sure that all the attached documents should be photocopied and duly
attested before submission. The University will not return the
attachments. PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH ORIGINALS.
The last date
for submission of forms for BS (Hons) programmes is the last week of
August and for MA/MSc programmes the first week of September of each
year (the exact date will be advertised in leading national dailies).
Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
