Student Services Centre
The
Student Services Centre (SSC) is the point of contact for students
during their stay at UOG. Located in Academic Block (Room No 107, 1st
Floor), Hafiz Hayat Campus, the SSC aims at providing a friendly,
supportive and challenging environment to the students outside the
classroom. The Centre caters to the needs of the students, and works as
a bridge between them and the University’s administration. The main
function of the SSC is to provide student-centred customer-friendly
services. It deals with:

Orientation to new students

Issuance of student ID cards
-
Course
registration, timetable and mid-term exams
-
Student records
-
Handling queries and helping students in their academic problems
-
Issuance of letters to students
-
Student counselling
-
Scholarships/fee concession/student loan scheme

Registration of regular/private students

Extra
curricular activities
The SSC
offers a wide range of support services to help the students meet the
challenges they may face on the campus. In a nutshell, the Centre wants
to help the students enjoy their campus life. The staff is available six
days a week (Mondays to Saturdays) from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm. The
students are encouraged to stay in touch with the SSC for latest updates
and information.
