Release of Funds by Environment Protection Agency(EPA) Govt of the Punjab to the

 Botany Department of UOG

 

       

Environment Protection Agency (EPA), Govt of the Punjab has released funds amounting to Rs 0.8 Million to the Vice Chancellor University of Gujrat under ADP scheme “Collaboration with educational institutions for development of indigenous technologies”.

 

The department of Botany submitted the research proposal, “Control of environmental pollution regarding waste water treatment and industrial waste water control through phytoremediation”. This is the first research proposal to receive the funds in the faculty of sciences. This project will be completed in one year.
