Prof Sabir Lauds UOG Contributions to Flood Victims

 

The University of Gujrat among all institutions of learning in the country has played an unprecedented role in accumulating funds and relief goods for the flood victims. This effort is a landmark example for the public sector institutions to help government managing the natural calamity. These views were shared by a renowned literati and an educationist of the area Prof Syed Sabir Ali Shah after meeting with the Vice Chancellor here today in his office at Hafiz Hayat Campus. Prof Shah donated rupees ten thousand in the fund raised for the rehabilitations of the flood affected people. He urged the prosperous people of the area to donate money in the campus fund to encourage the faculty and students who have contributed for the cause of flood victims unprecedentedly.
