To highlight and promote the creative
works of the students in the field of Computer Science and
Information Technology, an exhibition on students’ work projects
held at exhibition hall of the CS&IT. The Vice Chancellor Prof
Dr Mohammad Nizamuddin opened the exhibition. After opening the
exhibition the VC went to the each project of the exhibition and
shared on the theme of the project. He discussed the theoretical
and practical dimensions of the projects. The VC paid an
exclusive attention to some projects which were of unique in
their workability in the modern day practical life. The VC while
sharing students on project of land demarcation / specification
of some area remarked that the Project is of practical worth. It
can be expanded and given more dimensions. He said that the
revenue officials can be contacted for giving it a practical
shape. The project is of great significance. This is the way how
human civilization groom and got fantasy in different
dimensions. He advised the Head of the Department to help
student out in enhancing the project. The VC sent to another
student who developed a project on schooling system. The student
developed a project on academic and administrative activities of
an academic institution. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the
work and referred the student’s innovation for the SSC at the
campus. Later, the VC while commenting on the exhibition in an
interview with the Campus Radio said that the idea of exhibition
of student’s projects is an innovation itself. He stressed the
need to develop a viable liaison between projects at UOG and the
local industry. This will benefit both students and industry. He
remarked that the exhibition will serve a great avenue of
learning as the students learn more inquisitively from each
other. This is parallel academic activity at class room and
laboratory work.
