Submission Guideline

University Printing Press of UOG welcomes publishing all kind of books, newsletter, handouts, notes, and policies for scholars, teachers, students, and the general public.

1. All the departments are hereby informed to submit their print requests by filling out the print requisition form.

2. The print requisition form may be submitted to the undersigned along with the copy (hard and soft) of the document to be print. The Print Requisition Form is available at UOG Website.

3. Print Requests considered for publication are subject to review by the Editorial Team.

4. Decisions of the Editorial Committee of University Printing Press are based solely on the scholarly merit and value of manuscripts under consideration.

5. All the print requests should be requisitioned at least 20 days prior to the print delivery date. It is best to contact the press early, even at the proposal stage.

Receipt of Print Requisition form will be promptly acknowledged by Manager Press.
